This Cookie Notice explains how GoGoo Fleet uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on www.gogoofleet.com and our customer dashboards, and how you can control them. It supplements, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies, including browser local storage, which keeps small amounts of data in your browser. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this Notice.

Cookies can be first-party (set by GoGoo) or third-party (set by a provider such as Google), and either session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (kept until they expire or you delete them).

The categories we use

Strictly necessary — required to operate the site and keep you signed in. These are always on and do not need consent.
Functional / preferences — remember choices such as your light/dark theme.
Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Set only with your consent.
Marketing — used to measure and target campaigns. Set only with your consent; we do not currently use marketing cookies.

Where a provider (for example analytics) has not yet been enabled, its cookies are not set until that feature is switched on with your consent.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties that provide parts of our service, principally Google (analytics and hosting). These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies; see our Privacy Policy (Sections 9–10) for how we share data and safeguard international transfers.

Managing cookies

Consent banner: where non-essential (e.g. analytics) cookies are used, you can accept or reject them in our cookie banner and change your choice at any time by reopening it.
Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies and clear local storage — see your browser's help pages.
Effect of blocking: strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without affecting core functionality (for example, staying signed in). Blocking functional cookies may reset preferences such as your theme.
